I would just like to talk about the fight to “push through” it all.
As I look back at the challenges I’ve face in my life, I can easily pick plenty of times that I could have just given up.
I could have thrown my hands in the air and said “I quit”.
Many people choose to take that course of action and suffer for the rest of their lives. Let’s face it people, this world is not easy. This world is Not set up for you to easily skate through life. You have to get up everyday and fight through the challenges that are put before you. Forget about the past and the bad things that happened to you.
When you were a child, you had to rely on the adults in your life. If those people chose to be lazy, if they chose to be abussive, if they chose to neglect you, if they chose to be addicts…. then that’s what THEY CHOSE, NOT YOU!
That time has come and gone.
Now it’s YOUR TURN. Do not blame your failures on THOSE PEOPLE!
If YOU CHOOSE to be lazy, if YOU CHOOSE to be abussive, if YOU CHOOSE to be neglectful, if YOU CHOOSE to be an addict…. then that’s YOUR CHOICE…. NOT THEIRS!
Stop complaining and START DOING!
This world is full of crybabies and whiney butts.
**This world needs leaders, REAL LEADERS!**
If presented with even the smallest problem, a lot of people will “crumble”. You have to learn to fight. You have to realize that people are counting on you to succeed. If you have children, they are relying on YOU for everything! You have to push through, you have to fight, you have to succeed. That’s the BOTTOM LINE.
Become a true leader and people will follow you. If you think you aren’t in a position to lead then educate yourself on how to lead. The public library and local book stores are full of resources that can educate you on how to SUCCEED and how to become a LEADER!
There are people in this world that are watching you and depending on you… WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Oh Yeah?…
Get off of your butt and DO IT!
Brian,
I agree it is the toughest times in my life that I have continued to keep going instead of quitting is when I have gained the greatest strength. Thanks for the inspiration.
